This yummy smoothie promotes healthy bones and teeth! It is a thick and filling treat with soy milk which is a great alternative for anyone with an intolerance or allergy to dairy produce. Here's the recipe:
1 ½ bananas 〈peeled & chopped〉
1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 cup vanilla soy milk 〈regular works too〉
2 tbsp. oats 〈optional〉
Place your
chopped bananas, peanut butter, soy milk and oats in a blender and process for one minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! ♥
