Soy Banana Smoothie

I've had this amazing smoothie book for forever and haven't really put it to any good use up until recently! If you like soy milk, you'll love this smoothie.

This yummy smoothie promotes healthy bones and teeth! It is a thick and filling treat with soy milk which is a great alternative for anyone with an intolerance or allergy to dairy produce. Here's the recipe:
1 ½ bananas 〈peeled & chopped〉
1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 cup vanilla soy milk 〈regular works too〉
2 tbsp. oats 〈optional〉

Place your
chopped bananas, peanut butter, soy milk and oats in a blender and process for one minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! ♥
